MarshMcLennan has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE to join our Placement Team in our Office in Lima Perú. This role is within our dynamic and growing MMB Placement team.

We will count on you to:

  • Assists more senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
  • Begins to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
  • Assists more senior Placement during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under direct supervision.
  • Drafts proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree with graduation year in Winter 2023 or Spring 2024 and concentration(s) in business administration, actuarial science, economics, industrial engineering and/or other related field is highly preferred ,
  • A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeâWord, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPointâand advanced programming skills are a plus (e.g. R, Python, SAS and SQL) 
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • English language fluency
