To support this growth, we are seeking multiple Principal Consultants to join our Client & Learner Solutions (C&LS) team. About the role As a Principal Consultant , you are the senior leader responsible for the health, performance, and strategic direction of an Executive Education portfolio . At MBS, a portfolio is a sector-focused collection of clients, programs, and learning solutions , supported by a dedicated cross-functional team spanning Business Development, Client & Learner Solutions, Resourcing & Relationships, and Client & Learner Experience. Our current portfolios are focused on: Public Sector (including health and education) This structure allows us to build deep sector insight while delivering integrated, high-quality learning solutions. We welcome candidates with experience aligned to any of these sectors. In this role, you act as the custodian of learning quality , shaping complex client solutions, stewarding strategic client relationships, and ensuring portfolio growth aligns with MBS strategy and standards. You operate with significant autonomy while contributing to shared methodologies, products, and enterprise initiatives across Executive Education. Key responsibilities Lead an Executive Education portfolio, driving growth, performance, and strategic positioning Act as senior solution architect for complex client engagements Provide expert advisory support to senior clients on capability development and learning pathways Co-develop portfolio go-to-market strategies with Business Development and Marketing Oversee solution quality, delivery outcomes, and long‑term client relationships Lead and develop Associate Principals and other portfolio team members Drive scalable product development and innovation aligned with market demand Exercise strong commercial stewardship across pricing, margins, and portfolio performance About you You bring deep experience in consulting, learning design, or organisational development, with a strong track record of leading teams and designing enterprise‑level learning solutions. You are commercially astute, client‑focused, and comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments. You will typically bring: Extensive experience designing and delivering complex learning solutions Strong capability in client discovery, solution design, and advisory work High commercial and financial literacy Why join Executive Education at MBS?
