Senior Director - Network Customer Experience We are seeking a Senior Director of Network Customer Experience to lead customer-facing network strategy across consumer and enterprise environments. This role acts as the bridge between Networks, Product, Marketing and Customer teams, embedding customer experience into network planning, optimisation and delivery. You will drive measurable improvements in network satisfaction, reduce churn, improve service quality and support revenue growth across large-scale, complex environments. Key responsibilities Embedding the voice of the customer across all network domains Leading CX initiatives to reduce network-related churn and complaints Owning CX data, insights, dashboards and performance KPIs Managing critical escalations and customer-impacting network events Driving data‑led prioritisation of CX and network investment programs Leading cross‑functional teams and mentoring senior leaders Influencing at Executive level and representing Network CX in senior forums About you 10+ years' experience in technology, telecoms or complex infrastructure environments Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams with a strong customer‑centric service mindset Deep expertise in Network Experience Strategy, Net Promoter Score (NPS), network satisfaction drivers, and delivered network experience Strong understanding of mobile networks (4G, 5G) with hands‑on experience in Network Performance Optimisation (NPO) Experience launching new functional teams and business lines, including ideation, incubation, development, and scale‑up This is a high‑impact leadership role with responsibility for improving customer experience across millions of connected devices and optimising multi‑billion‑dollar revenue streams.
