*Maintain control of all documentation related to SUNAT such as invoice, credit note, debit note, shipping or transfer guides, ensuring that it is issued in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Manage the correct document flow of the invoicing process of finished products, considering the issuance and entry into files of each of the waybills and legal documents dispatched.

• Execute the policies and measures defined by the organization, necessary to guarantee the safety of the employees and assets under their charge; as well as to comply with the quality and environmental protection standards established in the applicable legislation, norms and good practices.
• Receive the list of cargo theorists for subsequent invoicing.
• File and store documentation related to finished product dispatch.
• Issue the necessary documentation to comply with the regulations in force, related to the finished product invoicing process.
• Issuance of any documentation required by Essity Peru's operation.
• Request the system area to solve any anomaly detected in the Invoicing process, to certify the correct closing of the process of issuance of documents in Essity.
• Review of commercial credit note orders.
• Coordination of new developments with account executives.
• Control of the Credit Note revision cut-off calendar.

• Professional technician or university student with at least 1 year of experience in billing processes.
• Intermediate Office skills.
