RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVES

Bajo la supervisión del Oficial de Transferencias en Efectivo (CBT) y en coordinación con Oficial de Evaluación, Monitoreo y Reporte (RAM) del WFP, el/la Teleorientador(a) llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:

• Asistir en la identificación de las necesidades de formación y movilización del personal asignado para las labores de tele orientación a las personas afectadas por tuberculosis;
• Diseñar y gestionar la metodología y flujo de formación del personal asignado;
• Elaborar los contenidos de los materiales necesarios para la formación del personal asignado, siguiendo los lineamientos metodológicos de WFP;
• Formar al personal asignado en los instrumentos que deben aplicar y los valores que rigen a las Naciones Unidas;
• Acompañar al personal asignado durante su asignación asegurando la calidad de la experiencia;
• Innovar en las técnicas que contribuyan en lograr la máxima tasa de efectividad en las acciones de tele orientación;
• Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el avance en la aplicación del instrumento (mensual) y final;
• Elaborar un reporte de buenas prácticas y lecciones aprendidas al final del periodo del contrato;
• Incorporar los lineamientos de la organización referidos a la igualdad de género en todas sus actividades;
• Apoyar en las tareas administrativas vinculadas con la movilización, formación y realización de llamadas del personal asignado;
• Otras actividades relacionadas asignadas por la Representante;

CALIFICACIONES

• Los candidatos deben ser nacionales peruanos;
• Deseable profesional en comunicaciones, administración, ciencias de la salud o sociales, y/o carreras afines;
• Deseable poseer cursos especializados en manejo de bases de datos, atención al cliente o similares;
• Ofimática nivel intermedio;
• Deseable poseer conocimientos básicos de idioma inglés.

EXPERIENCIA PREVIA

• Deseable contar con experiencia mínima de cinco años en posiciones similares;
• Deseable poseer experiencia en capacitación de adultos en temas relacionados con salud y nutrición;
• Conocimiento en operación de líneas de ayuda o afines, tanto en el sector público como en el privado;

CONDICIONES Y TÉRMINOS

Contrato de Servicios (SC) del Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP) por 9 meses, con posibilidad de renovación. El nivel salarial en la Escala Nacional de Naciones Unidas para un Contrato de Servicios será SC4.

Las personas contratadas bajo SC son consideradas como contratistas independientes y deben presentar recibos por honorarios para el pago de sus servicios.

Los honorarios que perciben los titulares de estos contratos no están exentos del impuesto sobre la renta personal y, por tanto, es responsabilidad del contratado liquidar ante las autoridades nacionales los impuestos que se graven a sus honorarios profesionales, así como el correspondiente pago al fondo de pensiones de su elección. WFP es un organismo internacional, no actúa como agente retenedor.
