SAP - HCM and Successfactors Infosys is seeking a SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consultant to support and enhance our client payroll, HR, and talent management solutions. Requirements Professional with extensive experience of more than 5 years in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA consulting with specialization in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SuccessFactors certification is desirable). Preferably have done consulting for industrial, mining and oil & gas companies. Strong knowledge of payroll management processes, time management (negative and positive time evaluation, attendance control, absenteeism, attendance, absence management), talent management, and industrial safety. Advanced English. Experience in advising HR management and dealing with all levels. Duties Functional support to payroll, HR, talent and related areas. Assume leadership and project management of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and/or enhancement of these modules, including integration with other SAP modules and other solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions comply with business scope definitions and standards. Preparation of process survey documentation and user requirements. Propose innovative process improvement projects using technology. Elaborate and support projects for the implementation and evaluation of HR solutions in SAP.
