Senior Centre Manager | Sub-Regional Shopping Centre Add expected salary to your profile for insights Redpath Partners is partnering exclusively with one of Australia’s largest diversified property landlords to appoint an experienced Senior Centre Manager to lead a high-quality, community-focused sub-regional shopping centre. Anchored by Big W, Kmart, Woolworths and Coles , this is a well-established retail asset with strong fundamentals and an important role within its local catchment. The centre leadership team is relatively new, creating an exciting opportunity for a seasoned people leader who enjoys building strong culture, aligning teams, and bringing stakeholders on the journey toward shared performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive financial performance, maximising revenue while managing budgets, costs, and outcomes across FFO and AFFO Oversee day-to-day operations including compliance, risk management, maintenance, capital works, and presentation standards Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, councils, and internal stakeholders Lead, coach, and develop the centre management team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, processes, and operational efficiencies About You: Extensive experience managing large or complex retail assets Strong financial acumen with proven capability across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting A natural leader with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust with diverse stakeholders Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing teams Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience); Real Estate Licence preferred This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to take ownership of a prominent retail asset, lead a growing team, and make a meaningful impact within a respected property portfolio.
