Warracknabeal campus is located a short distance from Warracknabeal’s central business district and approximately halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne. Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with Rural Northwest Health to recruit an Executive Manager Corporate Services to maximise the health service's capacity to deliver high quality and financially sustainable health care services, including new and innovative projects and business development opportunities. The Executive Manager Corporate Services will identify risks and opportunities for improvement, will be capable of prioritising demands and oversee delivery of agreed projects linked to key priorities and Rural Northwest Health's strategic plan. The role is also responsible for overseeing the finance, contracts and procurement, administration, catering, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and property management services ensuring they are safe, high quality and comply with appropriate legislation. This is a full-time position based at the Warracknabeal campus. To be successful in this position you will have: Extensive Corporate Services Management experience at a senior management level within the health industry, preferably including aged care Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles Sound written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, report writing, lateral thinking and problem solving Experience operating within government regulated and legislated operational environments, or experience providing reporting accountability to stakeholders A degree in Business Administration/Finance and Leadership/Management; and/or membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA); and/or a qualification in procurement or hold qualifications with a definable procurement component; or have experience and expertise in managing a procurement function; and/or extensive experience at executive level of food services is desirable Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check What we can offer you: Personal and professional development opportunities Employee Assistance Program Assistance with accommodation and relocation (if required) A progressive, friendly, and supportive team environment Accrued Day Off (ADO) for full-time employees Applications close January 30, 2026 unless filled prior.
