Key Responsibilities:- Implementar y monitorear la participación de la niñez y adolescencia en actividades de desarrollo planificados desde una visión compartida con la comunidad.
- Implementación del monitoreo del bienestar del niño (Presencia, Participación, Monitoreo Semi Anual, Monitoreo Anual). Levantamiento de datos en el móvil o formatos-HORIZON TFE en los lugares implementados.
- Seguimiento de la implementación de las actividades por parte de los voluntarios y socios.
- Responsable de la implementación de actividades programáticas.
- Organizar el espacio y los recursos necesarios para la implementación adecuada de las metodologías.
- Proveer los insumos de información referente al bienestar de los niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes las actividades programáticas para la elaboración de informes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de comunicaciones entre el niño y niña y el patrocinador.
- Garantizar la implementación, seguimiento y rendición de cuentas de las comunicaciones de patrocinio dentro de estándares, a través de asocio, voluntarios o contribución directa, en actividades programáticas significativas para los niños.
- Aplicar los criterios de selección de NNAJ facilitados en espacios comunitarios.
- Facilitar acciones que contribuyan a la creación de asocios con los actores locales.
- Facilitar las relaciones de trabajo efectivas entre los grupos de actores, socios, líderes comunitarios y voluntarios.
- Desarrollar acciones que garanticen que el monitoreo de niños sea liderado por la comunidad como un mecanismo comunitario para el cuidado y protección del NNAJ.
- Participar en coordinación con el Equipo de Respuesta Rápida en situaciones de emergencia declaradas por la Oficina Nacional.
- Atender de forma responsable el bienestar los NNAJ en situaciones de emergencia.
