We are hiring two Senior Product Managers to lead our South America (SAM) cluster—one focused on Diabetes and one focused on Obesity. Your new role As a Senior Product Manager – Diabetes or Senior Product Manager – Obesity , you will lead the strategy and performance of your therapeutic area across the SAM Cluster (Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Paraguay). You will be responsible for shaping the product plan, driving commercial results, and ensuring execution in each market. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to develop tailored strategies and ensure successful product launches and market penetration. Collaboration with various departments such as finance, sales, and marketing is key to aligning the product strategy across teams and achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the brand and product within the SAM Cluster. Analyze the market and design tailored strategies based on local needs. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, incorporating stakeholder feedback to adapt strategies. Develop tactical plans, materials, and events that support the product strategy. Assess market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Collaborate with finance to track sell-out, sell-in, and inventory for future product launches. Ensure alignment between the sales force, marketing, and other departments in executing the product strategy. It develops and executes integrated marketing plans, leveraging market insights, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement to maximize access and adherence. The team works cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant, impactful communications that support sustainable growth and improved patient outcomes across diverse markets. Your skills & qualifications To be successful in this role, you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Min 5-7 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or related roles within pharma or consumer industry. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in managing the full product lifecycle, ensuring optimal market performance. Experience with P&L management, and market research analysis to predict trends and develop targeted campaigns Strong understanding of consumer trends and promotional material development.
