Overview
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Programmatic Analyst who has led digital campaigns for assigned advertisers. The candidate should have experience in billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for multiple programmatic platforms such as DV360, TTD, Verizon, Xandr, and MediaMath, among others.
The ideal candidate is independent and focused on quality and is eager to grow alongside the more than 5,000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery around the world. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Set up programmatic campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Monitor the health of your campaigns, and ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within the programmatic media platforms.
- Proactively make suggestions and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
- Report any issues that can arise within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors.
- Assist with Programmatic and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.
- Connect daily with the global account team over email, IM, and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients.
- Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
Qualifications
LANGUAGE LEVEL: B2: Upper Intermediate (Must Have)
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field (Desirable)
YEAR OF EXPERIENCE : 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Intermediate programmatic media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Result-oriented skills.
- Attention to detail skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programmatic media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (DV360, TTD among other DSPs, Ad Server Reporting)
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
Additional information
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Strong knowledge in one of the following fields:
- Media planning
- Media buying
- Creative strategy
- Ads
- Bidding management tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.
- Verification tools: IAS – Double Verify - MOAT.
- Knowledge of Yahoo and Amazon DSP.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Display & Video 360 Certification.
- The Trade Desk Certification.
- Campaign Manager 360 Certification.
- Amazon DSP Certification.
- Other DSP certifications (Verizon, Media Math, Amazon, Amobee, etc).
