The Director, HR Product Technology Solutions is responsible for driving a consistent and seamless employee experience and a more effective and efficient HR function through HR systems and tools. They will play a strategic central role in facilitating and prioritizing Global Human Resources’ technology needs, enabling GHR transformation, building for the future, bringing external insights, co‑leading and driving multiple strategic roadmaps. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Be accountable for the full HR Tech Stack (including new areas like HRIS, Time and Attendance, and the Learning Management System) and oversee legacy HRIS systems in‑country until the global stack is fully deployed by 2028. Partner on the HR Tech roadmap and strategy, and facilitate and prioritize Global HR technology needs. Bring external insights and industry best practices, co‑lead and drive multiple strategic roadmaps. Oversee a team that provides technology thought leadership and consultative advisory services to ensure the right solutions are purchased, implemented, and enhanced in line with the Global HR Technology Roadmap and avoid technology currency debt. Collaborate across Global HR and Global IT to develop roadmaps and plans that improve the employee digital experience and the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans and solutions for HR systems and digital tools, aligning with business strategy and priorities. Support the intake, oversight and governance processes for HR technology and tools to mitigate risks and manage competing priorities. Build strong internal and external networks, stay current on trends and best practices, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Understand and incorporate the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in day‑to‑day activities and decisions. Create an environment that promotes effective operations, strong business controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Build a high‑performance culture, attract, retain, develop, and motivate the team, and foster an inclusive work environment. Skills and Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Post‑secondary degree in Human Resources, Technology, or a related field. Expert knowledge of HR processes and how they are enabled by HR systems. Extensive experience in HR tools/systems management and implementation (talent, core, compensation, case management, knowledge management, data management). Technology product ownership capability. Experience leading global teams and managing large technology portfolios. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple initiatives. Strong change‑management skill set. Proven delivery experience with technical HR applications including SAP SuccessFactors and Pega. Proven analytical capability, design thinking, and strategic thinking.
