Head of Finance

Head of Finance Newo.ai is seeking a Head of Finance to serve as a senior operating partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role is accountable for financial discipline, cash management, and decision‑grade analytics as the company scales. The Head of Finance will build and own the financial operating plan, ensure clear visibility into cash and runway, and translate growth into predictable financial outcomes—without slowing the business down. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has done this stage before and thrives in fast‑moving, imperfect environments. Tangible Outcomes This Role Will Deliver Within the first 3 months, the Head of Finance will: Establish and maintain a clear financial operating plan aligned with company strategy Provide real‑time visibility into cash position and runway Ensure leadership clearly understands the bridge from contracted revenue to cash collected Enable better decisions through practical, data‑driven financial analysis Build lean, scalable financial processes and automation Lead and develop a high‑performing, small finance team Support board and investor communication with credible, consistent financial reporting Qualifications & Experience Required 8–15 years of experience in finance roles, including leadership responsibility Prior experience as Direct or VP Finance / Head of Finance (or equivalent) at a Series A–B SaaS or technology company Demonstrated ownership of budgeting and forecasting Cash management and runway planning Revenue‑to‑cash dynamics Strong analytical skills with the ability to build practical financial models Experience leading and developing small teams Comfortable operating in fast‑changing, resource‑constrained environments Nice to Have FP&A experience in a partner‑reliant GTM motion Experience supporting international operations or expansion Board‑level and investor presentation experience Exposure to fundraising or diligence processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
