INTEC Energy Solutions is a global EPC and O&M company delivering turnkey solutions for utility‑scale solar power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). With more than 5GW of secured pipeline and completed projects worldwide, INTEC is a trusted partner in the renewable energy sector, delivering some of the largest clean‑energy projects across Australia. As INTEC continues to expand its Australian footprint, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager Queensland to lead operations, drive commercial performance, and take direct ownership of regional business growth in one of the country’s most active renewable‑energy markets, while also supporting multi‑state expansion. The Role The Regional Manager Queensland is a senior leadership role with broad accountability for project delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and regional business development. Operating with significant delegated authority, the role oversees multiple projects and leads day‑to‑day operational and commercial decision‑making across Queensland. You will be accountable for driving a commercially viable project pipeline, engaging with clients to prioritise opportunities that align with INTEC’s capabilities and strategic growth objectives, while ensuring projects are delivered profitably and sustainably. This role requires a balance of hands‑on operational leadership, strong commercial oversight, and support for early‑stage interstate growth. Key Responsibilities Support all project delivery activities across Queensland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to contractual and quality standards. Own regional performance with accountability for programme, cost, margin, risk, and reporting outcomes across the project portfolio. Provide senior leadership to Project Managers, delivery and corporate teams, building high‑performing, capable, and engaged teams. Act as INTEC’s senior representative in Queensland, maintaining strong executive‑level relationships with clients, developers, regulators, and delivery partners, and supporting early‑stage projects in other states. Be directly accountable for achieving regional business development targets, driving pipeline growth, bid conversion, and early client engagement. Provide commercial, contractual, and governance oversight, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and risk management. About You You are a proven senior leader with a strong track record delivering complex EPC or infrastructure projects and driving business growth alongside operational excellence. You are commercially astute, confident operating at executive and client level, and able to lead teams through technically and operationally complex environments. You will ideally bring: A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years’ experience in senior project, operations, or regional leadership roles. Proven success delivering large‑scale EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects. Strong commercial and contractual capability, including P&L or regional financial accountability. Demonstrated experience leading multi‑project delivery teams. Solid understanding of Queensland grid connection, commissioning processes, and regulatory environment. Experience within solar, BESS, or grid infrastructure projects (highly regarded). Why INTEC? Take ownership of a key growth region with real autonomy and influence. Support the delivery of large‑scale solar and BESS projects shaping Australia’s energy future. Play a pivotal role in multi‑state growth and business development opportunities. Join a global EPC business with a strong secured pipeline and long‑term growth strategy. Be part of a leadership team that values clarity, accountability, and delivery excellence. If you’re ready to take full ownership of a region and play a pivotal role in Australia’s clean energy transition with a global renewable energy company, we’d like to hear from you. Please note that our office will be closed for the Christmas break until 5 January 2026. Applications will be reviewed, and candidates contacted, after this date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
