The Role As Warehouse Manager, you’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, leading a team of 5 staff. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building structure, implementing systems, and developing their team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team's orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time. While you’ll have strong support from a dedicated Supply Chain Manager handling logistics and broader supply chain functions, you’ll play a key role in inventory accuracy, quality control, and warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a warehouse team of 5 Implement systems, structure, and best‑practice warehouse processes Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counting, and stock control Maintain basic quality control checks to ensure product standards are met Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered on time Drive continuous improvement across warehouse procedures and efficiency Use the company’s ERP system (NetSuite) to manage inventory and reporting Generate and maintain stock, performance, and operational reports Foster a supportive culture of teamwork, accountability, and pride Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in warehouse management or operations Strong experience implementing systems, structure, and processes Basic understanding of quality control within a warehouse environment Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite experience not required) Solid computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems A proactive, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt when needed Supply chain and/or logistics experience desirable but not essential Open to candidates from a variety of industries Why Join Them Competitive salary package including base salary, superannuation, company car, and bonus structure Flexible working hours to suit business needs and personal commitments (e.g. 7am–3pm | 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm) Supportive Supply Chain Manager who will set you up for success Autonomous leadership role with real influence and impact Work with premium, design‑led products and brands Supportive, collaborative workplace culture with long‑term career progression Ready to Take the Next Step?
