The Role As our Centre Director, you will be at the heart of our buzzing community. You will lead a passionate team of educators, foster connections with families, and ensure our centre runs smoothly, all while keeping the magic of childhood learning alive. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a positive, collaborative team culture Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, Regulations, Law and EYLF Overseeing day-to-day operations including staffing, rostering, administration, compliance, etc Building strong partnerships with families and the community Driving continuous improvement and championing best practice in early childhood education About You We are looking for a leader who: Has previous experience as a Centre Director (minimum 1 year experience) Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and best early childhood practise Excellent communication skills, organisation and team mentoring skills A calm, solutions-focused leadership style Approved Early Childhood qualifications and mandatory certifications Why Join Hummingbirds?
