Manager – Speech Pathology and Audiology Support for career progression and development Part‑time hours to suit a good work‑life balance Ability to live and work in a vibrant regional setting Job Reference: 3466 Position Title: Manager – Speech Pathology and Audiology Classification: Grade 4 VW24 – VW27 Salary per hour (exc. super): $63.81 – $70.31 Hours per fortnight: 57 Employment Status: Ongoing Part Time Managers at Bendigo Health are an integral part of the health care service team, providing leadership and direction to a dedicated staff group. As a manager you will oversee the Speech Pathology department, which provides high‑level services to inpatient units, outpatient services and community health. The team offers evidence‑based expertise in assessment and therapeutic management of swallowing and/or communication disorders. You will also manage the Audiology team, providing diagnostic hearing services in outpatient settings. In this role you will be a key member of the Allied Health Heads of Department leadership team, responsible for the professional and strategic management of the Speech Pathology and Audiology services across the organisation.
