About Renowned Our Journey: Launched in 2014 as RateMyAgent (ASX:RMY), a trusted review platform in AU, NZ, and the US. Following the strategic acquisition of Curated Social (Dec 2024), we evolved into Renowned—the complete, professional-facing platform for Local Expert Marketing. The Ecosystem: RateMyAgent builds the reputation. Renowned mobilises it, automatically turning reviews, listings, and data into powerful, always-on marketing content. The Team: A collaborative, globally distributed team of over eighty members spanning Australia, the US, New Zealand, and The Philippines. Our Values: One Team One Dream, Dare to Care, Think Deeply/Move Quickly, and We Speak Up (Honesty and Candid Feedback). The Role Reporting to the CEO and working with the executive leadership team, you will own the global product vision, strategy, and execution for our entire portfolio across our three core markets: Australia, New Zealand, and the US. You are responsible for driving the product vision, operational execution, and customer experience across all platform services, apps, and data products that drive revenue and profit growth. You will also share accountability for Renowned’s global P&L, ensuring product delivery aligns with sales and retention goals. Key Responsibilities Define a compelling, long‑term product vision and strategy that aligns with growth goals, specifically focusing on successful US expansion and increasing market leadership in AU/NZ. Own the Product Roadmap prioritisation process, ensuring clear linkages to revenue targets, strategic goals, and technical feasibility, with a focus on maximising and measuring ROI. Engage directly with customers in all three core markets to deeply understand market problems and product gaps (B2C/B2B). Identify and validate new market opportunities, product extensions, and potential acquisition targets for global growth. Leadership & Execution Lead and mentor a high‑performing, globally distributed Product and Design team. Foster collaboration with Engineering (CTO), Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for seamless execution. Implement a formal product management methodology to increase maturity and de‑risk execution. Define and be accountable for product OKRs that measure and increase adoption, engagement, retention, and contribution to revenue growth. You own the product results and metrics. Drive a culture of rapid iteration, experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making. Act as the “Voice of the Customer” internally, establishing deep empathy for user pain points and workflows. Conduct and synthesise both qualitative and quantitative market research (customer and competitor) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product) at an established SaaS business or scale‑up. Proven track record of successfully scaling a B2B or B2C SaaS product globally. Experience with US market entry and/or growth is essential. Deep experience working in high‑growth, rapid iteration environments with distributed (onshore/offshore) resources. Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and the key metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, MAU). Exceptional strategic thinking and communication; the confidence and presence to present complex strategies to the Board and key stakeholders. A data‑driven approach to exploiting data assets for commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of modern software development practices (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD) and proven partnership with a CTO. PropTech experience with an understanding of the Real Estate market in both Australia and the United States is highly desirable. Initiative, tenacity, resilience, and drive. You are a perfectionist who demands clarity and precision in all deliverables. You communicate with clarity and courage (We Speak Up). Why Join Us? Exciting Growth: Lead the next major phase of our genuine global expansion. Impact & Ownership: Significant impact and ownership with direct access to the CEO and Board. Remuneration: Competitive salary, equity package, and benefits. High Performance Culture: Innovation and fun, including annual company‑wide Hackathons. Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office / 2 days WFO (as per business needs). Apply now, we can’t wait to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
