Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr ISE is looking for a Senior Embedded Security Consultant with in-depth knowledge and applied use in advanced security protocols and standards, and solid knowledge of security principles and practices as well as the latest technologies. This role would work primarily with our movie studio clients in the media and entertainment industry. What you’ll do at ISE: Conduct highly consultative security reviews of client programs and advise on security best practices for the media and entertainment industry. Analyze recognized threats and identify and research developing threats to ascertain vulnerabilities in digital media assets, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid architectures. Plan and execute large-scale application and cloud security engagements during different phases of the lifecycle – assess, design, implementation, and validation. Assess, design, and audit compliance security policies, controls, and standards; maintain policy and guideline catalog. Evaluate the security and deployment of cutting-edge AI technologies and the novel security issues they introduce. Dedicate 50%-100% of time per week to one large client. Travel to the Los Angeles, CA area on a regular basis: once every one or two months What You Bring to the Table: 8+ years of experience in information security technology – development, architect, or consultant experience preferred. 3+ years of public cloud, application, computing, data storage, virtual networks, big data, and cloud security. Consultative, customer-centric attitude. 1+ years of experience in media and entertainment industry security. Proven ability to articulate information to clients, vendors, industry, and stakeholders. Experience with Cloud security design patterns, implementation, and management. Understanding of network appliance management (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) in a hybrid cloud environment. Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical security diagrams. Thorough understanding of vulnerabilities, countermeasures, and risk management methodologies to conduct risk analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including reporting, presentation, and public speaking. Nice to haves: Capability of doing hands-on application assessments for other clients. Experience performing media and entertainment cloud assessments. Certification(s) to complete media and entertainment industry cloud assessments, such as AWS, Azure, GCP Professional, BSI, CompTIA Cloud+, CSA, EC-Council, GIAC, ISC2, and PECB. $105K-$170K (according to experience) If you don't think you meet all the criteria above but are still interested in the job, please apply.
