About the Role Your role will involve ensuring the safe, profitable, timely and high‑quality delivery of projects. You will oversee multiple projects or lead a team to successfully deliver a flagship project, managing key people, resources and outcomes. About You Strong leadership skills who genuinely cares about their team and can motivate them to deliver exceptional results. A strong understanding of project management within the construction industry. A building‑related degree, diploma, or trade background. Excellent financial acumen and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Knowledge of specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildability. An understanding of EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality) principles.
