Head of Marketing

$140,000 - $180,000 + Performance Incentives TMC Fine Jewellers is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function from strategy through execution. This is a newly created senior leadership role , reporting directly to the founders. You will be responsible for scaling the business through marketing initiatives - not just managing activity, but driving real commercial impact. You will own marketing strategy, campaigns and planning across the business , ensuring everything we do is intentional, well‑executed and aligned with growth. You will manage the marketing team , bringing structure, clarity and pace to launches, promotions and brand moments. You will work closely with the Co-Founder and Creative Director Makayla, particularly on campaign planning, performance insights and growth opportunities . You’ll identify problems, find solutions and implement them – end to end. This is a high‑trust role - You will lead, decide, execute and continuously improve . What you’ll be responsible for Owning and executing the overall marketing strategy for TMC Fine Jewellers Leading campaign planning, launches and post‑campaign analysis Driving revenue growth across CRM, digital, paid and organic channels Bringing structure and accountability to launches, promotions and sales periods Managing, mentoring and developing the in‑house marketing and creative team Translating performance data into clear insights and actions Ensuring we show up as a brand with clarity, consistency and intention What You’ll Do As Head of Marketing you will: Own the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy aligned to revenue and brand goals Collaborate across teams to define campaign direction, business priorities and performance goals Deliver Commercial Results Drive revenue contribution through cohesive channel optimisation (email, paid, social, content, CRM) Ensure performance metrics and reporting translate into continuous improvement Inspire & Manage a Team Lead and develop the marketing team with clarity of role and outcomes Promote accountable execution across each area within the marketing team Oversee Campaigns Oversee campaign planning, delivery and evaluation with commercial discipline Ensure campaigns land on time, on brand, and on performance Own Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manage CRM strategy including flows, segmentation and retention initiatives Improve engagement and repeat purchase through sophisticated lifecycle planning Guard the Brand Maintain brand integrity and ensure all marketing execution reflects TMC’s quality and positioning Manage Budgets & Reporting Forecast, report and manage spend against goals Provide data‑backed insights and recommendations to influence business decisions Who this role is for This role is for someone who: Thinks strategically but is highly execution‑focused Is comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity Can lead people while staying close to the work Is analytically driven and decisive Thrives in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments Cares deeply about quality, brand and performance Experience in luxury retail and / or ecommerce is highly regarded.
