The Position

Como Head de Legal & Compliance en Diagnóstica, vas a liderar al equipo de Legal y Compliance, buscando garantizar la integridad, reputación y sostenibilidad financiera de Roche, trabajando activamente con el negocio y habilitando nuevas formas de abordar el Mercado, a través de la colaboración entre divisiones y con el ecosistema de salud.

Las responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Gestionar todos los casos legales de la compañía.

  • Proporcionar asesoría en toda clase de temas legales, incluyendo contratos, litigios y opiniones legales.

  • Fomentar y coordinar la implementación de tareas con una visión sistémica.

  • Co-crear con el área comercial y los clientes marcos legales de productos y servicios sostenibles en el largo plazo. Asumir el rol de compliance officer de la filial.

  • Anticipar riesgos emergentes y maximizar las oportunidades.

Requerimientos Profesionales y Técnicos

  • Licenciatura/Postgrados.

  • Egresados de la carrera de Derecho.

  • Experiencia relevante en roles de Legal y Compliance.

  • Pensamiento y agilidad estratégica.

  • Preferible con especialización en Derecho Corporativo o similares.

  • Deseable conocimiento de la industria de la salud, sus mercados y prácticas.

  • Deseable conocimiento en Derecho Público.

  • Inglés avanzado.

  • Conocimiento profundo del entorno legal y normativo local.
