Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of driver‑partner management, from onboarding and training to performance monitoring and support. Establish KPIs and metrics to track partner productivity, service quality, and profitability. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase active driver supply and reduce partner churn. Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align operational priorities with company growth goals. Build operational models tailored to regional mobility challenges and market demands in Peru. Create and maintain effective communication channels with driver‑partners to enhance engagement and trust. Lead programs that promote driver loyalty, including incentive schemes, recognition programs, and training initiatives. Serve as an escalation point for complex partner issues and regulatory concerns. Use analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast partner supply needs, and optimize resource allocation. Leverage performance dashboards to monitor key SMART indicators: Trips, GMV, Active Drivers, New/React Drivers, Partners satisfaction. Ensure full adherence to Peruvian transportation and labor laws related to independent contractors and mobility services. Liaise with government entities and associations to represent company interests and uphold ethical operational standards. Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of regional operations managers and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations function. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or mobility services. Proven leadership experience in high‑growth or startup environments. Experience in managing large‑scale partner or supply‑side ecosystems. Strong analytical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms.
