Senior Tax Lawyer | National practice | Front-end advisory & structuring | Premium work and flexibility An exciting opportunity has been created for a Senior Associate to join the Brisbane Tax team of a leading national law firm . This role plays a key part in supporting clients across complex, front-end tax matters, delivering structuring, implementation and specialist advisory solutions on a national scale. While the primary focus is front-end tax, there will also be opportunities to contribute to tax disputes and controversy work as required. You will work closely with senior practitioners and key clients on high-value transactions, gaining broad exposure within a collaborative and highly respected national practice. The Role You will be involved in a wide range of sophisticated tax matters, including: Providing technical and strategic advice on front-end tax issues Assisting with the design, structuring and implementation of complex tax solutions Supporting tax disputes and controversy matters when required Working directly with senior lawyers on major transactions and advisory matters Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the broader team About You This role will suit an experienced tax professional who brings: 5+ years’ PAE in front-end tax matters (or equivalent experience from a reputable accounting or advisory firm) Strong technical capability combined with a practical, commercial approach An excellent academic background in law and/or tax, accounting or related disciplines A desire for national exposure and the opportunity to broaden your tax expertise A collaborative mindset and an interest in mentoring and knowledge‑sharing Why Join This Firm?
