What You Will Do:

Customer Marketing Intern Functions:

Free Transfers:
enter the free transfers required by the CM team.

Channel Art:

Coordinate the artwork with the POP or advertising material agency for the channels, then coordinate the printing and delivery.

HDV NN Artwork:
make the HDV artwork at national level, according to the information sent by the CM specialists. Make corrections until the final artwork is ready.

Vinyls, banners / Furniture:

coordinate the artwork with the agency of the vinyls and / or furniture or visibility plan in the different channels to NN, coordinate the artwork with the agency and the elaboration with purchases or the client's supplier.

Coordinate with the agency artwork in general requested by the Specialists.

Samples for channels:
upload samples to SAP.

Follow up of deliveries:
follow up of delivery of samples, merchandising, free transfers, pop material and exhibitors or furniture. Also, if necessary, pick up.

POP material and Merchandising:
coordination and follow up of purchases from suppliers.

Analysis of activities:
analysis of results of the activities done by trade.
Analysis of area information for the CM Manager.
Consolidation of information by Trade specialists.
Support in putting together presentations according to trade CM guidelines.

Bonuses:
distribution of bonuses by client and area.

Events:
support in event coordination.

Consolidation of the budget of the areas and preparation of the execution progress chart.
Generation of Solpeds (Purchase Requisitions) of the area.

Who You Are:

Student of the last cycles of the career of Administration, industrial or related careers.
Previous experience in the area of customer marketing is desirable.
Intermediate/advanced office knowledge.
