What the role is

  • Creating artworks for special projects, small brandings, posters, flyers, and large scale
printing materials

  • Social Media assets, web displays and digital campaigns is a plus
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of website and newsletter platforms.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations and designs.
  • Use the appropriate Brand guidelines & layouts for each project.
  • Work with copywriter and brand team to produce the final design.
  • A/B Test graphics across various media.
  • Timely edit designs after feedback rounds.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing managers (CRM & Acquisition) to develop onbrand
compelling design concepts, artwork, and layouts for multichannel and integrated

marketing efforts

  • Translate product positioning, research & data, and offline/online marketing strategies
into effective digital designs.

  • Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
  • Translate wireframes into simple, easytouse user interfaces.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints; ensure
that all materials are within the current style and tone guidelines

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design advantage
  • Animation & illustration skills

  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic projects
  • Strong skills with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator,
After Effects, InDesign)

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages: Advanced English, other is a plus.
  • Experience with website building and games is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of website and newsletter platforms.
