The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units or areas.

The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to develop or implement HR integrated solutions to businesses needs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning with the HR Lead support
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR local and regional teams to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (required) Mainly Engineering or Administration; as second option Psychology/Law.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as HRBP in multinational companies. Ideally companies with products instead of services.
  • Demonstrate strong capacity to resolving complex employee relations issues.
