Responsibilities

  • The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for implementing code/logic/configuration changes as requested and prioritized by customer support.
  • Verify the fix with different test case scenarios in the different environments (SBX/DEV/UAT/PROD) before delivering to the customer.
  • Help develop and provide use cases and test cases for fixes.
  • Determine whether issue solution is an enhancement request or a defect.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Other tasks and activities as assigned

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Well versed in SQL and Oracle databases
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Logical approach and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work well both in a team environment and independently under mínimal supervision.
  • E2open participates in the Everify program in certain locations, as required by law._
