Your Role and Responsibilities
ISMI support for automation (Next backend).
Netcool administration is needed as a mandatory skill, then Zabbix.
The part of Ansible, Ivanti and Service Now is desirable.
Management is supported 24x7 (shifts) execution of changes and resolution of problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Netcool, Ansible, Service Now, Zabbix.

Delivery Analysts working in the Strategic Outsourcing context within SMI service line to analyze the SMI delivery pools activities, workload, productivity quality and drive process and service improvement.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Ansible, Ivanti, Service Now

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
