In order to contribute to make culture a competitive advantage, this position will be responsible on the implementation of wellbeing, health and safety policies and activities, providing assistance to LIM team members about insurances coverage, sick leaves, injuries on duty, disabilities, among others.


What you'll do:

  • Provide information to team members about medical insurances and benefits (allowances, assistance programs and local discounts).
  • Support team members in case of accidents and/or injury on duty, as required.
  • Make hospital and home visits to team members as the condition may be, elaborating reports and maintaining confidentiality on cases.
  • Keep track of changes and billing of insurance contracts (SCTR, Vida Ley, EPS, and Oncologic) and report to payroll department.
  • Perform procedures with social security (EsSalud): request disability forms CITT, reimbursement of subventions, inscriptions and modifications of affiliates, among others.
  • Record and track occurrence of sick leaves and injuries on duty and present reports as required. Follow up with team members to submit required documents.
  • Comply with the procedures and standards defined in country occupational health and safety law.
  • Responsible for the compliance of regular medical examinations and annual trainings, according to health and safety law.
  • Carry out onboarding sessions about insurances and benefits to new hires.
  • Lead occupational safety, health and environmental activities, supporting the implementation of risk prevention actions and plans, in collaboration with local Health and Safety Committee.
  • Design the annual wellness plan that includes programs and campaigns related to health and wellbeing.

All you'll need for success:

  • College degree and professional certification in Social Work.
  • 4+ years' experience in similar positions.
  • Previous experience in roles that has responsibility on health and safety.
  • Previous experience in multinational companies and working with unions desirable.
  • Experience with social security (EsSalud) and insurance companies policies and procedures
  • Knowledge in country labor law and health and safety law
  • MS Excel intermediate proficiency (reports, charts, data bases)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Available to work in admin offices and at the airport, if required.
