Cold Caller

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. You should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
  • Identify potential customers and their needs through effective questioning
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products or services
  • Handle objections and overcome barriers to sale
  • Update customer information in our CRM system
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cold caller or sales representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure. The more sales you generate, the higher your commission will be. There is also potential for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
S/.48, S/.200,000.00 per year
