Your role at Clorox:


Únete a nuestro equipo como Quality Lead, tu misión será asegurar que nuestros productos cumplan con los requisitos de la empresa, del consumidor y regulatorios de manera sostenible.

Para ello, coordinarás recursos humanos, técnicos y tecnológicos, garantizando procesos que produzcan consistentemente un producto correcto a la primera -Right First Time Product

  • In this role, you will:

Dentro de tus principales funciones, se detallan:

  • Liderar el equipo de Control de Calidad, estableciendo metas y objetivos claros y supervisando su logro.
  • Desarrollar un equipo capacitado y motivado dentro de un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de control de calidad tanto de materia prima, empaque como de productos terminados. Asegurar que los datos de calidad se registren y mantengan adecuadamente. Proporcionar seguimiento del desempeño al equipo de liderazgo de la planta.
  • Identificar y reportar no conformidades y desviaciones. Brindar dirección oportuna y apoyar a los equipos operativos para abordar problemas de producto. Apoyar el análisis de causas raíz e implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Trabajar con el Director Técnico para implementar y mantener el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
  • Gestión de gastos y control de gastos en línea con el presupuesto aprobado.

What we look for:

  • Universitario graduado de las carreras de Ingeniería Química, Lic. en Química o experiência laboral equivalente
  • Al menos 2 años de experiência como líder de calidad en empresas internacionales de consumo masivo
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Liderazgo de equipos, toma de deciciones
  • Experiência en implementación de sistemas de gestión de calidad y de control de calidad de procesos de producción semicontinua
