Responsibilities:

  • Claim review process.
  • Reviews payment of minor, undisputed, and/or limited authorization claims. Verifies coverage and damage reports received from vendors and customers for accuracy and consistency with the claim as reported.
  • Remains current on requirements and legislation for the assigned state(s).
  • Prepares and submits administrative reports as required.
  • Acts as a point of contact for internal/external customers.
  • Interview and correspond with policyholders, public adjusters, and attorneys
  • Negotiate and settle claims within the authority.
  • Functions efficiently and productively in a highvolume call center while maintaining departmental productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience using computer data processing systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English

Salary:
S/.2,000.00 per month
