Job Purpose:

Proporcionar soporte técnico básico para y mejorar el uso de productos Modular. Aprende los productos principales de Modular y sus mejores prácticas de uso.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identificar las necesidades de personalización según los requisitos del cliente.
  • Documente la funcionalidad correctamente.
  • Conéctese correctamente al sitio cliente para verificar y reproducir el problema.
  • Diagnosticar la causa raíz de los problemas.
  • Haga que el sistema funcione correctamente lo más rápido posible.
  • Conéctese correctamente al sitio del cliente para verificar y reproducir el problema.
  • Diagnosticar la causa raíz de los problemas.
  • Haga que el sistema funcione correctamente lo más rápido posible.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico al cliente a través de procesos asignados a tareas utilizando actualizaciones, pruebas y métodos de control de calidad para garantizar la funcionalidad del producto.
  • Escribir informes FORMS basados en los requisitos del cliente.
  • Escribir scripts de shell.
  • Abra el ticket de soporte siempre que el problema requiera acción, el código cambie o consuma más de 30 minutos de tiempo de soporte.
  • Complete todos los campos requeridos en los tickets correctamente.
  • Tener un excelente conocimiento sobre productos INTELLIMINE
  • Apoyo al supervisor de SDS para archivar los objetivos y KPIs del área de Atención al Cliente
  • 5 años de experiência como Ingeniero de Proyectos en Minería Modular
  • Help Desk y servicios de emergencia 24×
  • Manejar el teléfono de soporte diurno

Required Skills:

  • 5 años mínimos de experiência en programación y soporte a sistemas informáticos/electrónicos (Hardware y Software).
  • Experiência en administración de sistemas Linux
  • UNIX. Nível de inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Buenas relaciones con clientes.
  • Grado mínimo de Bachiller en Ingenería Electrónica o ciencias
