在舉行活動之前與團隊協調員/待客師會面,進行介紹,並確保所有安排都令人滿意。閱讀並分析宴會活動單,以便收集客人資訊,確定適當的佈置、時間表、特定的客人需求、自助餐和活動站等。回應並嘗試完成任何特別的宴會活動安排。跟進特別的宴會活動安排,以確保合規。
遵守所有公司和安全政策及程序;報告任何維護問題、安全隱患、事故或傷害;完成安全培訓和認證。確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業。維護專有資訊的機密性;保護公司資產。支援所有同事,並給予尊重和尊敬。支援團隊達成共同目標。遵守品質保證預期和標準。在沒有他人協助的情況下,移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 25 磅的物體。在較長一段時間內或整個工作班次中保持站立、就坐或行走。閱讀和目測驗證各種格式的資訊(如附屬細則)。目測檢查工具、設備或機器(如識別缺陷)。雙手上舉過頭或下伸過膝,包括屈膝、扭身、拉伸和彎腰。穿過狹窄、受限或架空的空間。在傾斜、不平整或光滑的表面和臺階上活動。上下樓梯和/或服務坡道。根據公司的標準,歡迎和答謝所有客人。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談,並以適當的禮儀接聽電話。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
