Java Fullstack Developer Team Lead

About the role:
As a Team Lead (Java + React) Developer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the end-to-end solutions to solve business challenges
- Create, maintain and improve code in our products, platform and supporting tooling
- Produce robust software which meets all technical and nontechnical requirements
- Collaborate with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and provide estimates
- Provide mentorship to junior/new team members
Our Requirement:
- Allocated in Lima, Peru.
- Enthusiasm for solving complicated and complex problems in proven and cuttingedge ways.
- English is a must: Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to teach others and learn new techniques.
- Agile Methodologies experience
- More than 5 years of experience in backend development with Java (Java 8 or Java 11)
- More than 3 years of experience in Unit Testig management
- More than 2 years of experience as a team lead
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito and JMeter
- Experience with Kakfa or Neiven.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles (practical and/or theoretical).
- Desirable cloud: Azure or AWS
- Knowledge and management of Clean Code and Refactoring.
- Mastery of SOLID principles and Design Patterns (focused on good coding and design practices).
- Experience with APIs: REST and/or GraphQL
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (ideal: +2 years experience)
