The project:

We are looking for ambitious and dynamic project managers and program and project controls practitioners with a background in large civil projects/programs who are hungry for their next challenge. You will be joining a team made up of expats and locals alike - all committed to reducing inequality of the delivery of social services such as education and healthcare and connectivity (roads, telecomms).

You'll be responsible for:

Contributes to the development and drive of the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.
Supports the execution of group-wide delivery plans.
Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.
Responsible for day to day running of tactical BAU programmes/initiatives, ensuring quality of outputs in a timely manner.
Collaborates with the HR and health safety and wellbeing (HSW) functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
Supports management of relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time, and budget.
Evaluates and provides reporting on data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI's) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Manages stakeholders.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Experience and knowledge of health and wellbeing legislation.
Management/delivery of health and wellbeing projects and programmes and campaigns.
Knowledge of current health and wellbeing issues and trends.
Being able to network and share information and knowledge gleaned.
Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion, and health safety and wellbeing (HSW).
Proven experience managing organisational health and wellbeing projects and programmes and achieving results.
Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and best practice.
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Attention to detail.
Project and programme management skills and experience.
Communication and presenting skills.
Project management skills and experience
Ability to generate reporting and meaning from raw data to present to stakeholders.
Self-motivated and purpose led.
Able to motivate self and peers.
Work in a collaborative manner.
Deliver results through influencing and negotiation.
Professional qualification (or equivalent).
Relevant experience of H&W management in an organisation.
Evidence of continuous professional development.

You'll also have:

Experience or knowledge in work for taxes.
Experience or knowledge in social infrastructure including hospitals and schools.
Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.
Influencing senior management.
Risk management and mitigation.
Business planning and budgetary control skills.
Experience of assisting development of policy and standards.
Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and best practice.
Ability to coach teams and individuals in developing H&W subject matter knowledge.
Vendor management experience.
Experience of delivering strategic plans and meeting objectives.
Able to challenge the status quo.
Degree or equivalent work experience.
