Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client documentation by validating, counting, and categorizing it accurately.
- Organize documents as per service specifications.
- Verify existing data and documents based on predefined templates.
- Register and track boxes in the system, ensuring proper distribution.
- Report daily production and issues to supervisors.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Generate service orders for document delivery and retrieval.
- Perform document extraction and verification tasks.
- Scan documents as per client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; technical education is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
Experience:
- Ideally 6 months in similar roles.
- Minimum 6 months in Data Entry.
Location:
- Arequipa
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 07:45 am to 6:00 pm.
