We created a number of mobile applications, including the 'world's most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide, the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams.

We are looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Analyst. Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Graduated in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related careers with interest in the Social Media area.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced English - Required (Please specify in the application).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive and results oriented.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head of recruitment to complete tasks and objectives on time, delivering excellent candidate profiles within a short period.
  • Screen and assess candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare and proofread job postings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.
  • Shortlist and prepare candidates for submission to hiring managers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
