We are seeking a service-oriented Hospitality Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and managing reservation requests. This position focuses on delivering professional service while ensuring reservation information and client preferences are handled accurately.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with clients and service providers in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with reservation inquiries and requests
- Research accommodations, services, activities, and available options
- Coordinate reservation details based on client preferences
- Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
- Communicate relevant reservation information and updates
- Assist with modifications and special accommodations
- Maintain organized client records
- Track outstanding requests and follow up appropriately
- Communicate with hospitality and service providers
- Help resolve reservation-related questions
- Maintain professional service standards throughout the client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable researching information online
- Ability to learn web-based systems and platforms
- Professional and dependable
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Previous hospitality, reservations, customer service, or related experience is helpful but not required
