The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and processing reservations with accuracy to ensure a seamless client experience. This role includes coordinating bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

This is a full-time permanent position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru. To provide the best experience to our customers, this role would operate out of our office with some work-from-home days.

Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations or operations within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and supplier confirmations.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate bookings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
