As a Professional Oral Health Representative, you will be responsible for influencing and building long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental office, and actively recommend most often to their patients.

What you will do:

  • Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts (general and specific dental practices and dental clinics).
  • Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and direct sales.
  • Apply the Triple Win methodology to effectively communicate the products, technologies, and science to influence dentists and their staff to actively recommend and buy Colgate products.
  • Develop deep knowledge about odontology.
  • Implement sales planning, marketing, and promotional activities to ensure the purchase of Colgate brand products for use in dentists' offices in the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with distributors and pharmacy chains to increase sell-out: review product presence and correct distribution of Colgate products at pharmacies and drugstores nearby key dental offices.
  • Organize activities/congresses with external stakeholders.
  • Update continuously the CRM database with relevant account information and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify business opportunities, improvements in marketing strategies, and potential risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education level: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year in similar positions (Dental or Oral Care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales).
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • The position requires a vehicle.
