Senior Analyst

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Head of Administration in our Dubai office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow into the Global Head of Administration within 6-12 months, based on performance and alignment with our company values and goals. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our Dubai office. Your primary duties will include managing office activities, ensuring operational efficiency, building & maintaining strong relationships with our providers, and supporting the advisory teams. You will play a critical role in maintaining a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise and support a team of administrative professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
• Provider relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with our providers and partners.
• Operational Efficiency : Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, whilst working with our back office systems and technology.
• Communication : Serve as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Project Management : Lead and participate in special projects as required, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.

This role is a pathway to the Global Head of Administration position, where you will oversee administrative functions across all Skybound Wealth Management offices globally. This promotion will be based on your performance, leadership qualities, and your ability to align with our strategic vision.
