¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de garantizar que la administración del proyecto fluya sin contratiempos, coordinando desde la habilitación del personal hasta el seguimiento del cronograma. Entre tus principales funciones estarán:

  1. Gestión y soporte operativo:
    • Coordinar ingresos, exámenes médicos, SCTR y habilitación del personal para el proyecto.
    • Asegurar que los especialistas cuenten con lo necesario para sus actividades en obra.
    • Coordinar con el cliente y validar disponibilidad de movilidad y accesos al sitio.
  2. Seguimiento y control del proyecto:
    • Supervisar cronogramas y alertar sobre renovaciones y vencimientos.
    • Gestionar documentos, reportes de avances y valorizaciones.
    • Apoyar en la planificación, seguimiento y control de tareas en el proyecto.
    • Coordinar con contratistas y proveedores para asegurar cumplimiento de plazos y entregables.
  3. Soporte al Project Manager:
    • Coordinar reuniones, elaborar actas y dar seguimiento a pendientes.
    • Apoyar en la logística y control de materiales para el proyecto.
    • Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
  • Formación: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica, Industrial o carreras de Ingeniería afines.
  • Experiencia: Deseablemente 2 años de experiencia en asistencia a proyectos eléctricos o del sector eléctrico.
  • Conocimientos clave:
    • Idealmente tener nociones sobre gestión de proyectos con metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
    • Deseablemente tener conocimientos sobre mantenimiento de celdas de media tensión, salas eléctricas y automatización/protección.
    • Manejo de MS Office a nivel usuario e idealmente MS Project y Herramientas de análisis de datos a nivel básico.
  • Idiomas: inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Habilidades clave: Organización, atención al detalle, comunicación efectiva y capacidad de coordinación con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Disponibilidad: Trabajo principalmente en oficina, con visitas eventuales a obra (1 a 2 veces por semana).
