Presight is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a 12 months Full Time Contract basis to join Presight to support our new initiative in fintech particularly on the banking side. Responsibilities- Lead the project management team to ensure timely achievement of operational goals including product development, maintenance and upgrade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with Presight's overall growth objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the financial sector (payment process, digital currency, blockchain and international central securities depositories) and AI-driven projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and strategic foresight.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
