Offer Description
Fixed-term contract: 4 years from the start of employment
Responsibilities: Research, teaching, administration
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science; proven ability to carry out an AI/ML project; willingness to contribute to research and teaching.
Desirable: Solid programming skills in Python as well as experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow; experience with transfer learning or foundation models is a plus; knowledge of integrating multi-omic and imaging data from mouse models and/or patient samples (e.g., single-cell or spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR perturbation data) is a plus; the ability to collaborate with scientists from various disciplines; very good written and spoken English skills. The project focuses on the emerging field of mapping and predicting the origin of chromosomal instability in metastatic cancer.
