The Product Manager will drive performance and growth of Company Peru throughout winning marketing. The Product Manager will understand marketing ideas and trends to generate and monitor brand strategies and sales objectives for Ecuador around a vision and objectives for brands that maximize and take advantage of resources to impact the market. In addition, it will:

  1. Provide information and analysis on the Peruvian pharmaceutical market according to the requirements of the General Management, Marketing and Sales. (Reports of secondary sales, retail rotation (DDD), products, prescribing doctors by product, rotation and stock in chains, executive summaries (dashboard). Responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence reports and providing strategic feedback to the organization.
  2. Lead the development of Marketing inputs to the Strategic Brands Plan, securing appropriate budget to deliver Marketing objectives. Proposed strategic goals for each portfolio.
  3. Design and implement all Marketing activities: Innovative Marketing tactics to deliver solutions, strategies, campaigns, initiatives, and promotional material to ensure all in-field resources are aligned to strategic objectives of the brands.
  4. Ensure that all functional deliverables remain consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to the brand story.
  5. Responsible for preparing internal reports according to the requirements of the Region. Forecasting and KPI monitoring for the brands: budget, planning, tracking, and ROI measurement for Marketing Activities.
  6. Preparation and monitoring of the LRP Business Case Development.
  7. Design the new product launch plan, know the market, and achieve the proper positioning of them.
  8. Lead segmentation activities for physicians and patients, identifying target segments and appropriate strategies for each.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or health.
  2. Over 3 years of senior management in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  3. Knowledge of market audit software.
  4. Training in IMS-DDD, Close Up.
  5. Strategic thinking and marketing initiatives which include promotional mix and cross channel thinking.
  6. Effective communication, influences and negotiates with all relevant externals and internal stakeholders.
  7. Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code conducts procedures and protocols.
  8. Leadership of multifunctional project teams. Interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with local and international stakeholders. Planning Skills. Flexibility. Openness. Ability to work in a matrix organization.
