THE TEAM

The In Room Dining team focuses on delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort, convenience, and service excellence. The team contributes to guest satisfaction through efficient service delivery, personalized hospitality, and seamless room service operations. Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage, the team ensures a consistent luxury guest experience for every guest staying at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

YOUR ROLE

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation, replenishment, presentation, and inventory control of all guestroom minibars at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. Through your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for hospitality, you will help create memorable in-room experiences while supporting operational excellence, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Replenish guestroom minibars according to hotel standards, ensuring products are fresh, fully stocked, attractively presented, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor product quality by checking expiration dates, rotating stock using FIFO principles, and maintaining minibar equipment and storage areas in excellent condition.
• Conduct inventory checks, accurately record consumption, process minibar charges, and support stock counts and audits.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests while maintaining privacy, discretion, and genuine hospitality at all times.
• Support revenue optimization through accurate record-keeping, stock control, and compliance with financial procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare welcome amenities and minibar enhancements for VIP arrivals, long-stay guests, and special occasions.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, HACCP compliance, Forbes Travel Guide standards, and LQA requirements.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, food & beverage, retail, inventory management, or a similar environment is preferred.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences.
• You are confident working independently while maintaining consistently high standards.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively across departments.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good English language skills are essential; German language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel environment and knowledge of minibar operations, inventory control, or storekeeping would be beneficial.
