Objetivo del cargo: Liderazgo de la disciplina minera y trabajo en equipo en proyectos de ingeniería multidisciplinarios.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  1. Elaboración de diseños y planes de mina enfocados a proyectos y operaciones subterráneas y a cielo abierto.
  2. Participación en proyectos mineros de carácter interdisciplinario (Interacción con otras disciplinas: Geología, Geotecnia, Mecánica, Civil, Piping, Electricidad, Instrumentación, Arquitectura, etc).
  3. Evaluación y diseño de los procesos en las operaciones mineras: perforación, voladura, acarreo, desarrollos, servicios (ventilación, bombeo, relleno).
  4. Diseño de Infraestructura minera Subterránea y a Tajo Abierto.
  5. Diseño y simulaciones de sistema de transporte y manejo de materiales en minería.
  6. Diseño y simulaciones de sistema de ventilación en minería subterránea.
  7. Evaluación y selección de Equipos Mineros (tipo y tamaño de flota).
  8. Estimación de recursos humanos, materiales e insumos requeridos para proyectos mineros.
  9. Estimación de costos operativos y costos capital de proyectos mineros.
  10. Evaluación de Proyectos mineros.
  11. Participar en auditorías técnicas de operaciones mineras (Due Diligence).
  12. Gestión de equipos y de desarrollo de estudios.
  13. Manejo de la estimación de esfuerzo para el desarrollo de los estudios, así como plazos.

¿Qué traerás?

  1. Formación en Ingeniería de Minas.
  2. 15 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  3. Se requiere experiencia en la participación de diferentes etapas de los estudios de ingeniería (Prefactibilidad, Factibilidad y Detalles).
  4. Experiencia en Operaciones, Planeamiento y elaboración de Proyectos.
  5. Conocimiento avanzado de Software de diseño y planificación Minera: MineSight, Datamine, Vulcan, Deswik, Minesched, etc.
  6. Conocimiento de Softwares de simulación mineros de transporte y ventilación: Promodel, VentSim, etc.
  7. Conocimiento del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado. Hablar en forma fluida.
  8. Conocimiento de los códigos NI 43-101 y JORC (de preferencia QP).
  9. Conocimiento de evaluación económicas de proyectos mineros.
  10. Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
