Finance Assistant

We are looking for the best talent to fill the following position where you will primarily see the lending side of the business**:Financial Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
Reviews deal cancellations and updates the lenders accordingly.

**Responds to all Luminary tags in the customer sales orders within a 24-hour timeframe to help the deal advance through the pipeline efficiently.**
- Review sales orders in Luminary to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

**Assigns tasks accordingly to Account Managers and Energy Consultants ifpaperwork or information needs to be updated/clarified/corrected.**

**Assists in implementing deal standards to ensure it complies with ALL lender requirements.**

**Assists accounting staff in the improvement and assessment of cash flow.**

**Ensures lender audits and requests are completed on time.**

**Resolves basic issues for lenders that may arise.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and Management
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience
- Urgency, Organization and attention to detail
